  7.                        AN EXTRA PROGRAM -- DESK MESSAGE

  9.          DESK MESSAGE is a program that presents text on VGA monitors
  10.          in a "Times Square" style banner of moving lights.  The text
  11.          may originate: (1) in response to a prompt, (2) on a command
  12.          line (batch file), or (3) from an ASCII text file.          
  13.  
  14.          DESK MESSAGE is included with standard HFK Software products
  15.          as an extra, in appreciation of past and current patronage. 
  16.  
  17.          To use DESK MESSAGE, enter "DSKMSG" on the DOS command line.
  18.          This will cause command syntax to be displayed.
